Mindfulness At All Ages

I've seen a lot of articles and chatter about the United States Marine Corps implementing mindfulness strategies for stress reduction. I am so happy to see integrative care being used for our veterans! I came across this article, and I am thrilled that mindfulness is getting attention and gaining steam as a strategy to be used at all ages. How do you teach mindfulness to students or therapy clients in your setting? What benefits are you seeing?
